· Seamless One-Piece Molding: The label is pre-placed into the mold before the blow molding process and fuses with the bottle body during forming. The label and bottle become one integrated unit, eliminating issues such as lifting edges, bubbles, or glue residue common with traditional labels. The touch is smooth and flat, with exceptionally pure visual effects.

· Long-Lasting Fresh Appearance: The label is 'locked' inside the plastic bottle body, completely protected from external friction, sunlight exposure, water immersion, or chemical erosion. Even with long-term use in humid bathrooms or repeated scrubbing of the bottle surface, the pattern remains vibrant and fresh without fading or peeling.

· Unlimited Design Freedom: Supports full-surface, multi-color, and high-precision complex pattern printing. It perfectly presents delicate cartoon designs like the 'YeeHoO' rabbit image, enhancing brand recognition and affinity.


II. Practical Performance

· Excellent Weather Resistance: The embedded label is completely isolated from the external environment, offering outstanding water resistance, moisture resistance, UV protection, and chemical solvent resistance. It is particularly suitable for personal care and bath products.

· Safe & Eco-Friendly: The in-mold label has high compatibility with the bottle material (commonly PP or PE), allowing for integrated recycling without the need to peel off the label, simplifying the recycling process and aligning with plastic reduction trends.

· High Production Efficiency: The IML process combined with automated blow molding equipment enables high-speed continuous production while eliminating the need for traditional labeling or heat transfer steps, resulting in higher overall efficiency.


III. Packaging Process Description

Core Technology: In-Mold Labeling (IML)

 

1. Label Preparation: Using high-precision printing processes, customer patterns are printed on a thin film with excellent adhesion (typically PP or PE material) and die-cut into specific shapes (such as the rabbit shape shown in the images).

2. Mold Placement: With the blow mold open, the IML label is precisely placed into the mold cavity using a robotic arm or manually, typically secured by static electricity or vacuum suction cups.

3. Blow Molding Process: The mold closes, and the extruder places a molten plastic parison into the mold; high-pressure air inflates the parison, pressing it tightly against the inner wall of the mold. Under high temperature and pressure, the label fuses with the outer surface of the plastic bottle body.

4. Cooling & Demolding: After cooling, the mold opens and the finished product is removed. The label is now perfectly embedded into the bottle surface, becoming an inseparable part of the bottle.


IV. Application Scenarios & Solutions

· Baby Care & Personal Care (Core Scenario): Baby shampoo, body wash, lotion bottles (as seen in the YeeHoO example). Solution: Baby products require high safety and hygiene standards. The IML label has no glue or exposed edges, is less prone to bacterial growth, and features cute, long-lasting patterns, earning strong trust from parents.
