2. Dam/Dike Control: Precision molds or screen-printing dams are utilized to precisely confine the epoxy area, ensuring the resin does not overflow the pattern boundaries, creating a perfect edge definition.

3. CNC Dispensing: Automated dispensing machines inject optical-grade, high-transparency epoxy resin, with strict volume control. Surface tension naturally forms a perfect convex circular arc.

4. Stepwise Curing: A multi-zone thermal curing tunnel is used for stepwise heating to ensure synchronized curing of both the interior and exterior of the resin, completely eliminating bubbles and 'fish eyes' to create a flawless, smooth crystal surface.
