III. Packaging Process Description

Core Technology: Micro/Nano Photolithography + Aurora Iridescent Coating + Heat Transfer Lamination

 

1. Optical Master & 3D Data Design: High-precision laser photolithography is used to create micron-level grating masters capable of controlling light diffraction to produce a naked-eye 3D suspended effect (butterfly).

2. UV Embossing & Aurora Coating: On a PET carrier film, precision UV embossing replicates the butterfly's micro/nano textures, while aurora/iridescent gradient coating is applied to the surrounding area, forming a dreamy background color.

3. Registered Pattern Printing: Combined with high-precision registration and registration marks (black marks), the colorful butterfly pattern is precisely aligned and printed with the optical background.

4. Hot Melt Adhesive Coating & Lamination: A hot melt adhesive layer is coated over the pattern layer, and the film is laminated with release liner or directly wound into heat transfer film rolls.

5. Application Method: The transfer film is placed over the substrate surface, and a heat press or hot stamping machine (with adjusted temperature, pressure, and time) is used to release the pattern layer from the PET carrier and firmly transfer it onto the product surface.
