Patterns (such as butterflies and tropical leaves) appear to float above the bottle surface, accompanied by cat-eye rainbow color shifts at different viewing angles and dazzling platinum metallic reflections, delivering an extremely strong visual impact.

· High Transparency & Stereoscopic Light Effects: The shrink film itself offers high light transmittance. After perfectly conforming to transparent bottles, it leverages light refraction, diffraction, and transmission to give flat patterns vivid 3D depth and dynamic light effects (as seen in the rainbow halo in Image 3 and the deep bottle reflections in Images 1 & 2).

· 360° Seamless 3D Wrap: Through heat shrink technology, the film tightly conforms to the bottle's curvature, seamlessly fusing the 3D texture of the pattern with the bottle body—no gaps, no lifting edges, giving the product an "optical magic" touch.

II. Practical Performance

· All-Around Physical Protection: The dense optical film and shrink-forming technology provide the bottle with exceptional wear resistance, scratch resistance, dust protection, and moisture resistance, offering reliable physical protection during storage and transportation.

· Excellent Heat Shrink Performance: With a shrinkage rate specifically designed for bottles, the film perfectly conforms to round and irregular bottles when passing through a steam tunnel or hot air oven—without wrinkling or breaking—resulting in a smooth, flat film surface after shrinking.

· Weather & Chemical Resistance: Inks and optical micro/nano textures are locked inside the film layer. When exposed to personal care products, humid bathroom environments, or prolonged light exposure, they resist fading and delamination, maintaining lasting brilliance.

III. Packaging Process Description

Core Technology: Micro/Nano Photolithography + Composite Embossing + Registered Printing + Shrink Sleeve Forming

 

1. Optical Micro/Nano Plate Making: High-precision laser photolithography is used to design the micro/nano structures of 3D suspended gratings, platinum relief, and cat-eye on a single master mold.

2. UV Embossing & Optical Combination: On high-transparency shrink film substrates (such as PETG, PVC, OPS), precision UV embossing faithfully replicates the multiple optical textures, combined with vacuum coating and high-precision printing to achieve perfect overlay of color patterns and optical diffraction effects (as seen in the rainbow gratings and colorful butterflies in Image 3).

3. Registered Printing & Sleeve Forming: After precise registration of the visual effects, pattern overprinting is performed. The sheet is then slit and glued into tubular shrink sleeves.

4. Heat Shrink Application: The sleeve is placed over the bottle and passed through steam heat shrinking. The film instantly contracts, firmly "locking" the 3D brilliant patterns onto the bottle surface.
