III. Packaging Process Description

Core Technology: Epoxy Curing + Die-Cutting

 1. Pattern Printing: High-precision color printing on a substrate material (such as PET, or specialty paper).

2. Epoxy Application: Liquid epoxy resin is quantitatively dispensed onto the printed pattern surface. Surface tension naturally forms a rounded, domed convex shape.

3. Curing: The product is passed through a UV or thermal curing tunnel, allowing the resin to cure and solidify rapidly within seconds.

4. Die-Cutting & Waste Removal: Precision die-cutting is performed according to the design shape. Excess waste material is removed, while the backing release paper remains intact for easy peeling.

5. Inspection & Packaging: Each unit is inspected for transparency, bubbles, and shape integrity before packaging for shipment.
